The 2022 season is just about completed for the United States Pro Kart Series with three of the four events in the books. Now is the time to start looking ahead to the 2023 program.  For 2023, the USPKS continues its successful partnership with MG Tires, IAME USA East, and Louisiana Grills as its primary sponsors.

The USPKS announced the expansion to five events during the driver’s meeting at the Badger State Grand Prix in July. This additional event allows the series to expand racing opportunities to new areas, while keeping its core customer base happy.  While the original plan was to start in January, the scheduled facility will not yet be ready at that time.

The series recognizes the importance of the race dates to racers and teams when planning their future program. With that, the United States Pro Kart Series is happy to announce the five dates and locations for the 2023 season as it sits today.

The season opener in 2022 was the Orlando Kart Center, and it boasted the biggest turnout ever in series history with 326 entries. The viewing area at the Orlando, Florida facility is second to none and OKC has already begun work to address the various parking challenges that come with hosting such a large event. OKC will host USPKS once again for the season opener on March 9-12, 2023 with the Southern Grand Prix.

The series has been listening to the pleas to bring an event to Texas. The Speedsportz Racing Park in Houston is the logical place to make the Texas debut. Creative solutions to pit space and the adjacent RV park will allow USPKS competitors to experience all that the Lone Star State has to offer with the second stop on the schedule set for April 27-30, 2023.

The unofficial ‘Midwest’ home for the USPKS continues to be the New Castle Motorsports Park. The third event for 2023 is set for June 22-25 at the New Castle, Indiana facility. What else can be said about NCMP?  Its always an exciting event with big fields.

The second new facility to the USPKS program on the 2023 calendar is the highly anticipated debut at the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati. The newly repaved and expanded facility in Batavia, Ohio will host the series on August 24-27.

The 2023 United States Pro Kart Series will wrap up its 11th season at the GoPro Motorplex.  The home of IAME USA East and the IAME Grand National Championship event has been on the USPKS schedule since 2013, serving as the inaugural location. The 2023 finale will take place on October 5-8, with the Awards Ceremony to follow the racing action.
