PreEntry for the June 26 – 29 Wisconsin GP at the Briggs & Stratton Motorplex, located inside Road America will begin at 9am CT/10am ET on Monday, May 26, 2025. Entry will take place via our Registration Portal on RaceSelect.com. For those of you that are new and don’t already have an account, when USPKS registration goes live at 9am CT on Monday, you’ll be able to create an account and register in just a couple minutes by following the link below. The link will not be active until it opens Friday. If you attempt to register and your membership is expired, it will automatically add a renewal to your order. Pit Parking Schedule: We look forward to seeing you at the Briggs & Stratton Motorplex! Parking and Pit pass sales will start on Tuesday June 24th at 9:00AM. All entry will be via Gate 4 off Hwy J. You will be required to complete a Road America waiver, in addition to your USPKS credentials. We will begin parking sponsors and big rigs at 9:00AM Tuesday morning. With good cooperation, we will get everyone in quickly and efficiently, however it will take some time, so please be patient. We will have multiple parking teams working to help folks find their spots. Parking will also be available during gate open hours on Wednesday and Thursday.
Camping: On site camping is available via USPKS. There are no hookups or power. Email tim@uspks.com to reserve camping space.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in the camping area and must be leashed, and cleaned up after.
Golf carts, etc: The only transportation allowed is golf carts, and you must have a Road America permit. Bikes with seats may be used on the Motorplex only, and you must be 16 years or older. Scooters, uni-wheels, or other vehicles without a seated driver position are not allowed at Road America. Golf carts are available for rent from the main Road America office.
USPKS uses a text message communication tool at the events. Important official announcements will be sent via text to the entrants at the number provided when you register. You may provide more than one number when registering. This will be not be spammed and only important announcements will be communicated this way. This is to cut back on PA announcements and the difficulty hearing them at the track. Due to government regulations, only US numbers are valid, and you must confirm the number when the service sends you a confirmation message.
This event will follow the normal Thursday Optional Practice, Friday Official Practice, Saturday Heat Races, and Sunday Finals format. A Mon-Wed practice ban the week of the event is in place.
Online Pre-Registration Fees
Micro Swift, Mini Swift, KA100 Jr, X30 Jr, KA100 Sr, KA100 Masters – $575 Plus race tires and fuel at market rate. Practice and Rain tires can be purchased from any source.
X30 Pro Sr – $650** Plus race tires and fuel at market rate. Practice and Rain tires can be purchased from any source.
A $15 per entry tire disposal fee is added to all entries.
**Pro Purse is100% payback, with $5000 guaranteed for Winner. The remaining payout distribution will be based on the total entries.
Mini, Micro, KA Masters, X30 J, and X30 S Classes are capped at the track limit of 48 entries. KA Jr and Sr will be capped at 48 entries as well. If enough entries are on the waitlist, a B Main may be added. If your class is full, please complete the registration to be added to the waiting list. If room opens up, you will be contacted. A maximum of 48 karts will start all features.
At Track Registration Fees
Late fee of $100 per class, if registering after the deadline or at the track. You are highly encouraged to pre-enter online as there is no guarantee of room in your preferred class.
Entry Fees Include:
- Friday Official Practice and Qualifying Sessions.
- Saturday and Sunday Racing Program.
Pit Passes are not included in the entry fee and are purchased at the gate, and must be signed for by the individual. Cash, check, credit/debit cards accepted for payment. Hot grid passes are $75, Regular Event passes are $55, Single day passes are $25. Under 5 are free.
Optional Thursday Practice: Available for $100.00. Purchased online with entry.
Rental Transponders:
AMB Rental transponders are $50 for the event. You can rent them when you register online or at the track. By renting a transponder, you agree to return the transponder by the end of the event or to pay a $400 replacement fee. (Rental Transponders are mounted on the driver’s left sidepod, no exceptions. If you need a bracket, we will get you one.)
Driver and Kart Profiles and Transponders
We ask that you complete as accurately as possible the short sections in the registration process that ask your chassis brand and transponder info. We must have your actual transponder number on file before you can pick up your driver packet at the track.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, NO OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON TRACK. Studio 52 provides very affordable photo packages to teams, rendering it unnecessary to bring your own photographer. USPKS understands the importance of video to teams and drivers for promotional purposes. Studio 52 holds exclusive rights to photo images, but USPKS is working with them to offer three Annual Videographer Media Passes for the season. These passes will be good for all 4 events, and sold at a cost of $600 each, payable to the Series. Additionally, 1 single event Videographer pass will be offered at each event for $200. Approved Videographers will have track access, with the only limitation being “unsafe areas” and secure Tech areas. Videographers will be required to sign a release and an agreement to follow certain rules. Media passes can be revoked at anytime for not following the rules or unsafe behavior. Additional Notes:
- All karts must complete the Packet Pickup prior to participating in Thursday or Friday Practice. The Driver’s Packet is picked up from the USPKS Registration Trailer. Hours for Registration and Tech are 9am to 6pm Thursday and again at 8:00am Friday.
- The Tire Tent will be open Thursday to pickup your race tires. There will be a distribution schedule for each class published. If you miss your time slot, you will have to wait until the other classes are done to get your tires. If you aren’t arriving until Friday, you need to make arrangements with Tim Koyen or Al Weisensel to pickup your tires on Friday. There will be no general tire distribution on Friday. Tires are scanned in as the are distributed.
- Fuel will be sold at the registration trailer and distributed adjacent to the trailer.
- If you chose not to use a rental transponder, we will need your transponder number on file before your entry packet is released. Please either enter it now, or bring it to Registration, or you will not receive your packet.
- Fri-Sun Hot Grid and Pit passes are sold at the track only, and are purchased at the gate, starting on Thursday at 10AM. Drivers, mechanics, and others wishing to have grid/tech area access, must purchase an event Hot Grid Pass for $75. Those not requiring grid access may purchase a regular pit pass for $55/event, or $25/day. Everyone entering the grounds must have a pit pass. Wed-Thur pit passes are $25 and purchased at the gate.
- All pit space for this event is paid reserved. Spaces are $.30 per square foot. For this event, USPKS Staff will handle the parking reservations. Please contact Tim Koyen directly at tim@uspks.com to reserve both pit space and camping space. Camping is is $300 and reservations are made thru USPKS. Camping in the paddock in toyhaulers is allowed with a camping pass.
- Cars and tow vehicles will be parked in a designated vehicle parking lot and not in the pit area.
- Drivers who win a purse must attend the Money Presentation ceremony Sunday afternoon. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of any prize money. Plan your schedule accordingly. Prize winners may take their prizes as a credit on their RaceSelect account, or they must complete a tax information form and provide a Social Security Number to receive a bank transfer. Only the winning driver will receive the prize money, as it is not transferable. Anyone not providing information will have the prize money automatically applied as a credit to their USPKS RaceSelect account.
